Learn about our measures for a safe stay

We are ready to welcome you safely in Búzios.

In order for you to live the Vila da Santa Experience again with complete confidence and safety, we inform you of some rules and procedures. We share in the text below the measures taken for a safe stay. When this whole situation is over, we look forward to your visit!


Entrance to Búzios and its Beaches

  • The Municipality of Búzios will maintain a sanitary barrier at the entrances to the city. To enter, it will be necessary to present a QR code with proof of the reservation, which we will send you after completing your online check-in. For them, we will send a link to complete the data of all the guests in the reservation.
  • Decree 1,454/2020 authorizes individual sports, including walking, running, canoeing and swimming on the beaches of João Fernandes, Tucuns, Ferradura, Brava, Canto, Geribá and Manguinhos between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m., maintaining a minimum distance of 5 meters.
  • During the validity of this decree we will have to suspend our Beach Service at Ossos Beach, but during this period we will offer our guests the same service in our private space next to the beach exit.


Reservations and Check in

  • Thinking about improving the time of making a reservation, we made our cancellation policies more flexible, for all reservations with an accommodation date until January 31, 2021, in case you wish to reschedule your travel date within 12 months after the original reservation date.
  • Check-in will be online in advance, so that upon arrival it will only be necessary to complete the “Covid 19 Prevention” form and receive the keys. In this way, the time spent at Reception is minimized as much as possible.
  • Upon arrival, we will also provide an “individual hygiene kit,” which includes a mask and alcohol gel, and we will take the temperature of each guest.


Food and Drinks

  • Breakfast will be served at tables and we will have the option of sitting outside, an option also valid for the La Gare Restaurant.
  • All objects in the Restaurant such as tables, benches and chairs will be sanitized with 70% alcohol after each guest's use.


Accommodation

  • Cleaning spaces more frequently.
  • Cleaning products approved by WHO and ANVISA.
  • Common areas sterilized.


 SPA

  • We will schedule the treatment shifts at the Spa with a greater space of time between them, to reduce the circulation of guests and allowing for a reinforcement in sanitation between shifts, and always using the products recommended by the WHO (World Health Organization) and approved by ANVISA (National Health Surveillance Agency, regulatory and control body in Brazil).


Equipment

  • Use of disposable face masks.
  • Temperature measurement 3 times a day.
  • Cleaning and Restaurant Team with mandatory use of gloves.
